What counts as an agent?
Any licensed real estate professional with their own digital wallet pass and CRM dashboard access. Your agency admin manages who is listed as an agent.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. On a monthly plan that means until the end of the current month; on an annual plan, until the end of the year you have paid for. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. You're covered by our 365-day guarantee — if you're not satisfied with Agents Wallet at any point within 365 days of signing up, for any reason or no reason at all, contact us and we'll refund everything you've paid, no questions asked. This applies whether you cancel in month one or month eleven. It's a one-time guarantee per agency, tied to your original signup date.

What if my agency needs more agents than my plan includes?
Every plan scales automatically as your agency grows. Once you go past your plan's included agents, additional agents are billed at a flat per-agent rate plus GST — $39/agent/month on Starter, $29/agent/month on Growth, and $25/agent/month on Agency. On annual billing, that's the same 10-months-for-12 rate as the base plan: $390/agent/year, $290/agent/year, and $250/agent/year respectively. There's no need to upgrade plans or contact us first; extra agents are simply added to your next invoice.

Agents Wallet issues digital business cards for both Google Wallet on Android and Apple Wallet on iPhone. When a client scans your QR code, they're prompted to save the pass to whichever wallet their phone supports natively — no app download required.
What type of pass does Agents Wallet issue?
Agents Wallet issues Generic passes via the Google Wallet API and passes via Apple PassKit — the pass types designed for digital business cards, membership credentials, and informational cards. Passes contain contact information only: name, title, agency, phone number, email address, and a QR code. No payment data is stored or transmitted.
